USA Cycling to accept elite rider petitions for 2015 Cyclo-cross Nationals

Beginning December 10, USA Cycling will offer a petition opportunity for riders who have not met the pre-approved criteria to enter the elite races at the 2015 Cyclo-cross National Championships.
