Level 3 Test Update

As referees in the NFL say "After further review...", USA Cycling has changed its level 3 test policy.  While USAC will no longer accept the written tests after November 30, 2009.  If you submit a written test before that date and note to hold the test until 2010, the test will be accepted.  If you take advantage of this, you must wait until after December 1, 2009 to complete the criminal background check and submit the completed 2010 coaching license application (with signed waivers).

You can submit the test by scanning the answer sheet and emailing it or by faxing it to 719.434.4324.

This change allows those with a hard copy or old test to submit it and yet not have to take out the coaching license until 2010.

Note:  If you want a 2010 coaching license, do NOT send in a 2009 coaching license application.  You must wait until the 2010 application is available.  Also, the coaching education manager will scream and call you names if you do not also included the signed waivers that are part of the application packet.  We do not put them in because they are cool.
