Dana Weber (Aliso Viejo, Calif./Pro Bike Supply) on Sunday finished 73rd in the elite men’s race at the 2012 UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships in Ornans, France.

The 31-year-old Weber, who finished eighth at the 2012 USA Cycling Mountain Bike Marathon National Championships, completed the 84-kilometer course in France in 5:32:37.

Periklis Ilias (GRE) won the race, finishing in 4:18:17 followed by Moritz Milatz (GER) and Kristian Hynek (CZE), who placed third.
