THE DIRTFUND
PROVIDING YEAR-ROUND SUPPORT TO ELEVATE AMERICAN ATHLETES TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF MOUNTAIN BIKING.
The DirtFund provides year-round support of mountain bike athlete development in the junior and U23 categories, for men and women. We believe mountain biking is a critical entry point into bike racing for many young riders, and a key discipline for growing competitive cycling in the USA. The DirtFund cultivates grassroots development and race efforts around the nation, providing opportunities for young athletes and opening the development pathway to elite level competition. From local and regional development camps, to National Development Camp and National Team racing at select International races and World Cups, the DirtFund provides support and structure along the entire pathway. All gifts to the DirtFund are restricted solely to mountain bike program support.

1Athlete Development Program
Gifts to the DirtFund will support the cost of regional and national development camps, talent identification, preparation for racing internationally and supporting the national team junior and U23 riders to participate in World Cup events.

2Trail Tune-Up Grant
3% of all DirtFund gifts will be directed to the USA Cycling Trail Tune-up Grant program, which awards grants to organizations for trail improvement and/or new construction.
