- PRO camp or LUXURY tour is a package that offers the ultimate ride support and off-the bike amenities. The PRO camp package is designed primarily for competitive cyclists looking for race simulation, coaching, team drills and challenge all with end-to-end ride support
- The LUXURY tour package is designed to ensure the highest level of comfort and convenience on rides and high-end culinary experiences when off the bike.
- SIGNATURE is a more affordable package for those looking mostly for support but have other plans during their visit.

The Applewood Manor has an exciting addition to the team. Welcome Vitor Schizzi! Vitor is a former men's professional cyclist and 2019 Brazil's pro men's national champion. In addition to his cycling knowledge and skills, Vitor is also an aspiring chef and will also serve as the Culinary Program Director.
