(November 10-11) – Lily Williams (Human Powered Health) placed 3rd overall in the women’s Endurance category at this season’s Track Champions League. Competing in Scratch and Elimination races, she placed 3rd in Round 4 and 6th at the grand finale (Round 5) in London to secure her podium spot.
Gavin Hoover (L39ION of Los Angeles), also competing in the Endurance category, took 10th in round 4, 16th in Round 5 and placed 13th overall for the series.
Thirty-six men and 36 women from around the globe competed in the Track Champions League, with 18 riders each vying for titles in Endurance and Sprint categories.

(November 17-18) – Hundreds of Elite, Junior, and Masters athletes competed over two days for Stars and Stripes jerseys at the Madison Nationals in Detroit. Held at the Lexus Velodrome, 20 national titles were awarded among several categories in the Madison.
Team White’s Sarah Mattes and Kate Wilson won the Elite Women’s title, while Team Red’s Danny Summerhill and Brendan Rhim took the Elite Men’s title.

(November 19) – David Thompson placed 2nd in the first junior men’s World Cup race of the Cyclocross World Cup circuit, coming in just six seconds behind the winner. Vida Lopez de San Roman placed 4th in the women’s junior race, and Alyssa White placed 10th.

(November 26) – In round 5 of World Cup CX racing in Dublin, David Thompson was sixth and Henry Coote placed 10th in the men’s junior race. It was Thompson’s second week in a row placing top 10. On the women’s junior side, Vida Lopez de San Roman placed 5th, for her second top-10 placing in a row, with Alyssa White taking 11th. The team is now back in the U.S. preparing for the USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships prior to heading back over for another European racing block.

(November 18-19) – Elite Men’s Cyclocross National Champion Curtis White (Steve Tilford Foundation) and Kerry Werner placed 1st and 2nd on both days of C2 elite men’s racing at the North Carolina Grand Prix in Hendersonville, part of USA Cycling’s Pro CX calendar. It was White’s 5th and 6th victory in the past month of racing.
In women’s elite racing, Katie Clouse (Cannondale) placed 2nd and U23 Pan Am champion Lauren Zoerner (Groove Offroad Racing) took 3rd on both days, finishing behind French rider and series leader Caroline Mani.

(December 2-3) – A second full weekend of elite C2 racing saw former national champion Eric Brunner (WTB Pivot) place first both days, coming in 3:30 ahead on day 1. Andrew Dillman(Ignition p/b Rigd-Leitner) placed 2nd on both days of elite men’s racing, with Casey Hildebrandt(Broken Spoke/TNR Tape) placing 3rd on day 1 and Lane Maher (JAM/NCC) 3rd on day 2.
Anna Christian (SCAD Atlanta) and Emily Curley (Fast Splits) placed 2nd and 3rd in women’s elite racing on day 1, while Curley took 2nd on day 2. Calvin Conaway (Midwest Devo) and Luke Harris(Suburban Cycles) placed 1st and 2nd on both days of men’s junior racing.
Many of the racers will be vying for titles this week in Louisville at USA Cyclocross National Championships.

(November 18) – American Alec Bob took gold at this year’s Pump Track World Championships, earning the rainbow jersey over four rounds of racing in Austria. Former world champion Tommy Zula was 9th.
On the women’s side, Carly Kane placed sixth overall. Cyclists from 21 countries competed for titles at the fourth UCI Pump Track Worlds, held at the indoor bike park at AREA 47 in Tyrol.
