Refund Policy


USA Cycling does not provide refunds for partial usage, membership downgrades, or changes in individual membership preferences. Refunds are only given for duplicate purchases and website inaccuracies. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for changes in event dates. Refunds are not available after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Please contact the member services team by submitting a request here to request a refund.

If approved, your purchase will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not see the funds credited to your account within 15 business days, please contact at the member services team by submitting a request.

Membership Upgrades

  • RIDE members can upgrade to RACE+ at any time for the cost of the price difference.
  • RACE, JUNIOR, COLLEGIATE, and INTERNATIONAL members may upgrade their membership to their + counterpart at any time for the cost of the price difference.
  • RACE, JUNIOR, and COLLEGIATE members may upgrade to an INTERNATIONAL at any time during the season and pay the difference between the cost of the INTERNATIONAL and their original membership. Please note the expiration periods indicated below.
  • RACE+, JUNIOR+, and COLLEGIATE+ members may upgrade to an INTERNATIONAL+ at any time during the season and pay the difference between the cost of the INTERNATIONAL+ and their original membership. Please note the expiration periods indicated below.

Membership Expiration

  • All RIDE, RACE, RACE+, JUNIOR, JUNIOR+, COLLEGIATE, and COLLEGIATE+ memberships expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Due to UCI regulations, International (INTERNATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL+) memberships run from January 1 to December 31 each year.
