Brooke Crain was born in Visalia, California and grew up racing BMX. She had several standout performances as a junior winning two medals at the World Championships in 2010 and 2011. She was selected to represent the United States at the 2012 London Olympic Games, and then again in 2016 where she finished in 4th place.
