Increasing access and equity in collegiate cycling
The HBCU / TCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and Tribal Colleges and Universities) collegiate cycling program is aimed at promoting diversity, equity and inclusion at the collegiate level. Building off of the recent success of the first HBCU collegiate cycling program, St. Augustine's University, this program provides the resources, support and funding necessary to create a successful collegiate club and maintain its growth.
We are committed to funding three schools in 2021.

Professional Academic Mentorship
Access to jobs in sport is limited, and we want to change that. With the support of industry partners, this mentorship program aims to provide students with insights and access to employment within cycling and broader sport.
