Human Resources Manager (Remote - click here to apply)

We're looking for an HR Manager to own the employee experience at USA Cycling. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll be the organization's HR leader, partnering with our PEO (Insperity) to deliver excellent HR operations while focusing your energy on what matters most: making USA Cycling a great place to work.

Mechanics and Soigneurs (Independent Contractor)

As we look to bring more of our programs back over to Europe, we need your help! It takes a village to get athletes to the starting line and to set them up to perform their best at the races. We are currently looking to hire mechanics and soigneurs who are eager to work with Team USA and stay in Europe for extended periods supporting our racers. If you’re interested, please email athletics@usacycling.org to tell us more about why you would be a great fit for the team.

Collegiate Conference Director

We have three collegiate conferences that we are looking to find a voluntary conference director for North Central, Northwest, and Rocky Mountain.  If you're interested, please email collegiate@usacycling.org

USA Cycling Internships (unpaid)

USA Cycling offers unpaid, education-focused internship opportunities within the Membership Department. These positions are structured to coincide with academic semesters (typically 3–4 months) and are designed specifically for students seeking practical experience in sports administration and sports governance.

To qualify for an unpaid position, the internship must integrated with the student's academic curriculum, and preference is given to candidates receiving university credit. Interns receive direct mentorship from sports administration professionals, shadowing customer engagement strategies and member relations workflows without displacing regular staff.

US Performance Academy - Sports Event Recruiter (Apply here)

US Performance Academy (USPA) is seeking a full-time Sport Events Recruiter, with a special focus on skiing, snowboarding and cycling to serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and play a critical role in driving enrollment growth. This role focuses on lead generation, early-stage engagement, and pipeline development, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified, well-nurtured families into the Admissions process.

Woodward Pennsylvania – Cycling Coaches (Summer 2026)

Woodward, Pennsylvania is hiring BMX Race and Mountain Bike Coaches for Summer 2026. Woodward PA is a premier action sports destination, offering world-class facilities including tracks, trails, dirt jumps, pump tracks, and indoor/outdoor parks. Coaches will support rider development in a high-energy, progression-focused environment alongside a strong community of athletes and staff.
