USA Cycling does not provide refunds for partial usage, membership downgrades, or changes in individual membership preferences. Refunds are only given for duplicate purchases and website inaccuracies. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for changes in event dates. Refunds are not available after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Please contact the member services team by submitting a request here to request a refund.
 

If approved, your purchase will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing fees will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not see the funds credited to your account within 15 business days, please contact at the member services team by submitting a request.  

 

• All Memberships, and domestic race and support licenses add ons expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Due to UCI regulations, International and UCI support licenses run from January 1 to December 31 each year.

• Only one discount code can be applied per membership or per license per year.
