The USA Cycling National Development Team’s Peter Stetina recorded another strong performance, finishing ninth in the first stage of the Tour de L’Avenir on September 6. After two days of competition in the premier espoir contest, the USA Cycling National Development Team currently sits in sixth place overall as a team.
