Champions' Breakfast with USA Cycling

Join us for a special breakfast prepared by Chef Allen Lim, founder of Skratch Labs, and the culinary mind behind USA Cycling’s meals at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Allen will share how he uses food to fuel Olympic athletes and bring people together and will be serving up the same performance-focused dishes he crafted for Team USA.

Enjoy a delicious meal and lively conversation with special guests Christian Vande Velde and Bob Roll, the iconic voices of NBC’s Tour de France coverage. After breakfast, choose your adventure: head out on a scenic group road or mountain bike ride through the breathtaking scenery of Aspen.

Breakfast begins at 7:30 am. If you’re joining the ride, come prepared with your gear to roll out at 9:00 am.
