USA Cycling is honored to announce the initial composition of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Task Force. The following individuals have agreed to be part of the group and will be meeting over the next weeks, months and years to steer USA Cycling’s DEI efforts. We are thankful for each individual who has agreed to be a part of this critical group and our DEI efforts moving forward.
Mission: Grow cycling community - internally and externally - to better reflect the diversity of the country. Create a community where every individual feels welcome, safe, celebrated, supported and embraced.
The DEI Task Force has two primary goals:
1. Increase diversity on USAC Board & Staff
2. Increase diversity in American cycling community
Collectively, the Task Force will determine the strategies necessary to achieve our mission.
