USA Cycling, in collaboration with Feedback Sports, is launching the Cyclocross Club Expansion Grant to grow the discipline of cyclocross nationwide. This initiative will provide selected clubs with equipment packages and financial support to help attract young riders and introduce them to regional and national-level competition. Over the next three years, the goal is to increase the number of cyclocross development clubs by at least 20%.
Each selected club will receive essential tools from Feedback Sports, including bike stands, trainers, and toolkits, along with funding to help launch or expand programs and strengthen community engagement. The program will also tap into the expertise of the cyclocross community to provide mentorship and support for long-term success.
USA Cycling will include a complimentary club membership and coaching license for each team.
Any prospective new USA Cycling Club/Team, or new cyclocross program to an existing cycling team, may apply for this grant if all the following criteria are met:
1. Serves licensed junior athletes with a racing age between 11–18
2. Has at least one current USA Cycling registered coach on the staff/volunteer roster (or plans to add one before the season starts)
3. Complies with USA Cycling’s SafeSport program
4. Is launching a brand new cyclocross team/club in 2025 (this can include existing clubs starting a new cyclocross program)

Applications Close: June 1, 2025
Grant Recipients Announced: June 9, 2025
