To the extent permitted by law, and as appropriate, USA Cycling will handle any report it receives confidentially and discretely and will not make public the name of the claimant(s), reporting party, or respondent(s). However, USA Cycling may disclose such names on a limited basis when conducting an investigation, reporting to The Center, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
**Anonymous reporting may make it difficult to investigate or properly address allegations so USA Cycling strongly encourages all reporting parties to provide their contact details where possible.
