USA Cycling and the National Association of Professional Race Directors (NAPRD) are joining forces to expand the NAPRD annual meeting into a two-day conference and workshop for event organizers and team directors.
Day one, led by NAPRD, will feature presentations from the top race promoters in the country. Day two, led by USA Cycling, features deep-dive trainings, panel discussions, and group activities.

$100 – limited in-person option (includes lunch both days)

Virtual attendance includes all presentations and panel discussions. Group activities are limited to in-person attendees.

Friday, November 8 – Full day of sessions (9am – 5pm), dinner on your own/departures

The NAPRD is pleased to offer a one-year membership for any non-member participant in our upcoming Annual Conference. If you register for the conference either to participate in person or virtually, we will waive your first-year NAPRD membership fee. Please join the conference and be a part of a growing community that includes many of the country's most successful bike races. We want to grow the community of like-minded race directors to share our interests, needs, and ideas, as well as with the other key stakeholders including USA Cycling and the Pro/Am teams that compete at our events.
