After two days of incredible racing, the 2025 USA Cycling Collegiate BMX National Championships came to a close on Sunday afternoon. At the end of the event, Marian University reclaimed the top spot in the battle for the team omnium title.
Belmont Abbey College’s Rita Fedewa (Fort Collins, Colo.) was the points leader heading into Sunday and finished the weekend strong, taking the individual National Championship title. Lindsey Wilson College’s Mekenna Martin (Grants Pass, Ore.) earned silver, and Piper Yockelson (Indianapolis, Ind.; Marian University) finished with bronze.
Marian University’s Cameron Wing (Enchanted Oaks, Texas) ranked second in points going into day two of racing. There, he battled to end up on top and finished the weekend with a gold medal, reclaiming his National Title. Jordan Callum (Plainfield, Ind.; Marian University) took second place, and Spencer Cole (Palm Harbor, Fla.; Lindsey Wilson College) finished in third.
Within the individual races lies the competition for the best overall school for the weekend. Marian University ended the event with a total of 320 points, claiming the team omnium win. Lindsey Wilson College finished in second with 288 points, and Belmont Abbey College rounded out the podium, finishing in third with 264 points.
