Olympic, Paralympic, and World Champions to Join USA Cycling Foundation's 2026 Bicycles & Bluegrass Benefit
The USA Cycling Foundation today announced the National Team athletes attending the 2026 Bicycles & Bluegrass Benefit, taking place November 7-8, 2026, at the Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, Calif. Guests will ride, dine and celebrate alongside some of the most decorated cyclists in the United States, including Olympic and Paralympic medalists and reigning world and national champions.
Athletes confirmed to attend include:
- Kate Courtney (Kentfield, Calif.; FDJ United-Suez): 2025 MTB Marathon World Champion, 2026 U.S. Road National Champion, Olympian
- Kristen Faulkner (Homer, Alaska; EF Education-Oatly): Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist (Road & Track)
- Luke Lamperti (Sebastopol, Calif.; EF Education-EasyPost): Three-time U.S. Criterium National Champion
- Samantha Bosco (Claremont, Calif.; Caldera Medical X AuREA Racing): Paralympic Gold Medalist, Seven-time World Champion
- Dennis Connors (Beaverton, Ore.): Paralympic Silver Medalist
- Makena Kellerman (Escondido, Calif.): U23 Mountain Bike World Medalist
- Kayla Hankins (Scottsdale, Ariz.): Pan American Track Champion
- Connor Fields (Las Vegas, Nev.): Olympic BMX Racing Gold Medalist
- Christian Vande Velde (Lemont, Ill.): NBC Sports Tour de France Analyst, Two-time Olympian
The weekend opens Saturday morning with a road ride through the foothills outside Menlo Park, with guests riding alongside the athletes. Saturday evening brings dinner, live bluegrass and an auction, and the weekend closes with a Sunday morning ride before guests depart. Proceeds support the programs and athletes of USA Cycling.
The 2026 benefit also continues the Foundation's focus on the women driving American cycling forward. Women won 100 percent of Team USA's Olympic cycling medals in Paris in 2024, notching the best U.S. cycling performance at a Games since 1984.
Guests may attend the full weekend or join for the Saturday evening benefit only. Tickets and tables are on sale now. Those unable to attend can support the event by becoming a sponsor or making a charitable donation to the USA Cycling Foundation.
