The RISE Forum brought together a diverse group of 200 athletes, industry professionals, and aspiring leaders for a day dedicated to empowering women and femmes in the cycling and outdoor industries.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to experience education, networking, and inspiration, offering practical career development advice and valuable insights into the cycling industry. Attendees were able to hear from a lineup of powerful female leaders, including professional cyclist Haley Batten, whose on-stage discussion was a standout moment for many.
