USA Cycling Ticket to Track Nationals Offers Free Entry to Track Nationals

Athletes have the chance to earn a free spot at Track Nationals through qualifying events.

USA Cycling is launching the all new Ticket to Track Nationals program designed to reduce barriers and encourage more top-level competition in track cycling. As part of the initiative, athletes who win select domestic events in the lead-up to the 2025 Masters, Para, and Elite Track National Championships will receive free entry to the same event at Nationals.

How It Works

If you’re an Elite, Para, or Masters athlete and you win a race at one of the qualifying events, you’ll earn a complimentary entry to that same event at the corresponding national championship. If you've already registered for Nationals, you’ll receive a refund instead.

There’s no cap on how many free entries an athlete can receive. Athletes can win multiple qualifying events, and will earn the same number of free entries at Nationals.

When and How You'll Get Your Entry

In the week following each qualifying event, winners will be contacted by USA Cycling with a free entry code and instructions on how to redeem it. Athletes should make sure their contact information in their USA Cycling account is up to date.

Why This Matters

This program is the first step in developing a more structured national calendar and advancement pathway for track cycling. By rewarding top performances and removing financial barriers, USA Cycling aims to grow participation and identify emerging talent across all levels of the discipline.
