My two primary sports when I was younger were XC running and XC cycling. The coaches I had in highschool for those sports were some of the first people who made me belive I could truly take the sport as far as I wanted and achieve something like an olympic dream. Without them I might have never perused sport at an elite level.

Slow down! Everything doesn’t have to happen all at once and focus on your own timeline because progression looks different for everyone. This is something I’m still telling myself haha!

Finishing top 10 at Worlds 2021 After a rough reason it was such a good feeling to put things together on the day that mattered most for me and have one of my best performances to date.
Top 5 at the Home World Cup in Snowshoe 2021 Finishing off the season on high note at a home World Cup with my whole family there was something special.
Top 15 in my First Elite World Cup 2022 Still soaking this one in! I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first elite World Cup and it’s a great and relieving feeling when all of the hard work shows.
