Be the best of 2022

Selection Process
  1. All clubs selected must be a member in good standing with USA Cycling.
  2. The nomination application form can be found here.
  3. Anyone may apply and nominate a club or team and USA Cycling selection committee will pick the category winners based on the application.
  4. Clubs may send supporting documentation to pohlmann@usacycling.org in addition to submitting the application.
  5. To assist other clubs in pursuit of excellence nomination applications will be shared with the community to learn and grow from each other.
  6. After Club of the Year applications are received by the due date, the selection committee (consisting of the USA Cycling membership department and event services department) will evaluate applications based on the following:
    membership composition, club activities, community involvement, DE&I efforts and additional questions based on the club programs core values. The selection committee will choose one winner for:
    1. Junior Club
    2. Development Program
    3. Masters Club
    4. Women's Club
    5. Collegiate Club
    6. Collegiate Varsity
    7. Elite Program
  7. Club of the Year winners will be announced on the USA Cycling website and awards will be mailed to club presidents.
  8. Club of the Year category award winners will receive free club renewal for 2023 or 2024.
  9. Winners will be announced on our website by Wednesday February 1st, 2023. All applications and materials must be submitted by Friday, January 13, 2023. The application will open on December 9th.
