Collegiate All-Star Program
Supporting collegiate racing into elite competition
From collegiate to elite
Collegiate cycling plays a critical role in athlete development in the United States. The Collegiate All-Star Program brings together top student-athletes from both club and varsity programs to race as one team while gaining experience in elite level competition that can open new opportunities for their future.
Composite Team Racing
Selected athletes will compete as composite men’s and women’s teams at a national-level event, with varsity and club riders racing together. A dedicated crew of directors, soigneurs, mechanics, and collegiate staff will provide the team with elite level support.
How Selection Works
USA Cycling is building a repeatable selection pathway for the years ahead. The 2026 USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships in Madison, Wisconsin on May 7–10, 2026 and the 2026 USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships in Grand Junction, Colorado on October 7-11, 2026 will serve as the qualification events for the 2027 Collegiate All-Stars teams. Additional selections may be made through a petition and review process led by USA Cycling.

USA Cycling will use results from the 2026 USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships and the Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships to allocate automatic qualification spots for the 2027 Collegiate All-Star team.

• Club Team Omnium winner: one male and one female spot selected by the team
