USA Cycling has made these art files available to the Event Organizer community for use in COVID related materials, including items such as participant communications, mitigation guides and other public and private usage. 

Files, including modified versions, are available for free as long as there is no charge for the final product for the organizer or greater cycling community.

Files are in a vector-based PDF format, and may be opened or edited in a program such as Adobe Illustrator.
