Join the USA Cycling Foundation for five unforgettable days in Belgium and experience one of cycling’s most electric weekends from the heart of cyclocross country. We’ll make our home base in Bruges, Belgium, staying at Grand Hotel Casselbergh in the historic city center. Each day, we’ll travel approximately 30 minutes to the Belgian coast in Ostend for three days of VIP race access and hospitality, including premium viewing, food and beverage, and a warm indoor space just steps from the action. 

THE EXPERIENCE

Itinerary

Arrive in Bruges on Thursday, January 28, in time for our welcome dinner that evening. From Friday through Sunday, we’ll head to Ostend to cheer on Team USA and the world’s best cyclocross racers, with VIP hospitality throughout the weekend. Between races, enjoy everything Bruges has to offer, from its historic streets and canals to some of Belgium’s best restaurants, cafés, and bars. 

 

Your experience includes: 

  • Four nights at Grand Hotel Casselbergh in Bruges 

  • 3 days of VIP race viewing and hospitality in Ostend, January 29-31. VIP hospitality includes premium race viewing, indoor hospitality, and food and beverage during race days. 

  • Daily transportation between Bruges and Ostend; Transfers between Bruges train station and Grand Hotel Casselbergh on arrival and departure.  

  • USA Cycling Foundation-hosted meals throughout the trip 

  • An intimate USA Cycling Foundation experience alongside fellow supporters and members of the Team USA community 

 

Pricing 

  • Shared room: $5,000 per person 

  • Private room: $6,000 per person 

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit reserves your space. Final payment is due December 29, 2026. 

Exclusions 

  • Airfare is not included. 

  • Travel insurance and personal expenses are the responsibility of the guest. 

  • Alcohol is not included in the trip package, except for select hosted dinners where beverages will be provided. This will be communicated in your finalized itinerary. Outside of these designated events, any alcoholic beverages will be the responsibility of each guest and may be purchased individually throughout the trip. 

 

Recommended Travel 

  • Guests should plan to arrive in Bruges on Thursday, January 28. Our first official event will be the welcome dinner that evening. 

  • The easiest route is to fly into Brussels and take the train directly from Brussels Airport to Bruges. USA Cycling will coordinate your transportation between the Bruges train station and Grand Hotel Casselbergh on arrival and departure. 

  • Monday, February 1 is a departure day with no scheduled group activities. 

 
What to Expect 

  • Cyclocross in Belgium means embracing winter racing! Guests should come prepared for cold and potentially wet January weather in Ostend. Our VIP hospitality will provide a warm indoor space, along with food and beverages, throughout the race days.
