Join us for an all-inclusive experience in one of North America’s most vibrant cities, alongside Team USA athletes, coaches, and USA Cycling Foundation supporters, for five days of VIP world-class race viewing racing (Junior, U23, and Elite Men’s and Women’s Road Races), curated activities on and off the bike, and connection.

TRIP DETAILS

6 Days / 5 Nights | September 23-28, 2026

(subject to final race schedule and VIP program release)

  • Five nights of 4-star accommodations at Hotel William Grey in the heart of Old Montreal, a city celebrated for its culture, architecture, and energy.
  • Four days of VIP race viewing, including the U23, Junior, and Elite Men’s and Women’s Road Races from September 24th-27th.
  • Behind-the-scenes access with USA Cycling – potential opportunities to:
    • Ride in a USA Cycling follow car.
    • Join a private dinner with Team USA, hosted by the USA Cycling Foundation.
  • Group Rides: Cycle along Montreal’s beautiful routes (including Mont Royal and the St. Lawrence River paths).
  • All-inclusive hospitality: local cuisine, wine, and curated experiences celebrating the best of Quebec’s foodie scene.
  • Guided cultural experiences: think walking tours through Old Montreal, artisan markets, and evening gatherings with fellow cycling enthusiasts.
  • Exclusive Foundation access: connect directly with the coaches, performance staff, and athletes shaping Team USA’s path to LA28.

THE EXPERIENCE

Full-Service Experience

This is a turnkey travel experience from the moment you land in Montreal:

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off
  • All in-country transportation provided for rides, race viewing, and evening events throughout the week.
Recommended Travel

We recommend arriving on September 23 and departing on September 28

Flying into:

  • Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Exclusions
  • Airfare to and from Montreal is not included.
  • Travel insurance and personal expenses are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Alcohol is not included in the trip package, with the exception of select hosted dinners where beverages will be provided. This will be communicated in your finalized itinerary. Outside of these designated events, any alcoholic beverages will be the responsibility of each guest and may be purchased individually throughout the trip.
Trip Cost
  • $10,000 per person (based on double occupancy)  
  • $12,000 per person for a private room
