YOUTH TRACK CYCLING DEVELOPMENT GRANT

Program Overview

The Youth Track Cycling Development Grant supports velodromes, clubs, and coaches committed to introducing junior athletes ages 14-18 to track cycling. Inspired by USA Cycling’s Search for Speed program, this grant helps create structured development opportunities, grow local velodrome participation, and build pathways toward Junior Track National Championships and beyond.

Grant Awards

Two awards of $2,500 are available based on demonstrated need and program scope. Funding may be used to offset costs directly related to junior track development, including track bike rentals, velodrome rental, coaching fees, and educational materials. This membership-supported initiative helps expand junior track cycling opportunities and strengthen athlete development pathways across local velodrome communities.
