CROSS-COUNTRY MOUNTAIN BIKE SKILLS CLINICS
This year, USA Cycling is offering skills clinics that will take place alongside three premier mountain bike events. Each clinic will be led by Rich Drew, a USA Cycling Certified Skills Coach and former professional mountain bike racer, who will provide structured course analysis, skills development, and race-readiness education ahead of the event.
Athletes will be guided through a structured 2-hour session that includes:
- Course walk covering feature analysis, line choice, and race strategy
- On-course pre-ride focused on key technical sections
- Off-course session targeting race essential techniques and skills
- Post-session Q&A
