The 2025 USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships concluded Sunday evening after an exciting four days of racing at the Colorado Springs Velodrome.
The final day of competition kicked off with the Men’s Team Pursuit qualifying ride. Three teams raced against the clock to secure the top two spots in the final and their chance to earn the Stars and Stripes. Posting the fastest qualifying time of 3:59.686, Domonoske/Frislie/Koontz/Johnson would go up against Elphingstone/Engel/Gibson/Sims in the final, where they would ultimately make the catch and claim the national title.

Mandy Marquardt (Allentown, Pa.; Edge Cycling) set the record-breaking bar in heat 12 with a time of 1:06.207, not only winning the Stars and Stripes, but also becoming the new national record-holder. Emily Hayes (York, S.C.) secured silver with a time of 1:06.343, and Hayley Yoslov (Corte Madera, Calif.) rounded out the podium with a time of 1:06.536. Yoslov’s performance also earned her the national title for the U23 category.

In the Women’s Points Race, seventeen riders lined up to race for 60 laps and their chance to take home the Stars and Stripes. Anna Hicks (Boulder, Colo.; UCI CTW: Virginia's Blue Ridge TWENTY28) established an early lead after taking the fifth sprint. Hicks continued to build her lead by winning the sixth, seventh, and tenth sprints, and gaining two laps to win the national title with a total of 66 points. Going into the final sprint, Stephanie Lawrence (Colorado Springs, Colo.; Star Track) and Laurel Rathbun (Encinitas, Calif.; L39ION of Los Angeles) were tied for second. Lawrence made her move, winning the final sprint and securing silver with a total of 24 points. Bethany Ingram (Columbia, S.C.; UCI CTW: Virginia's Blue Ridge TWENTY28) pushed it across the line to claim 6 points on the final sprint and a spot on the podium with a total of 16 points. Rue Tomko (Bellevue, Wash.; Jerry Baker Juniors) earned the Stars and Stripes jersey for the U23 category.

Twenty-five riders took the track to battle it out for gold in the Men’s Elimination Race. Graeme Frislie (Paradise, Au.; CCACHE x Bodywrap) powered through to victory, winning the national title. David Domonoske (Palo Alto, Calif.; Alto Velo) earned silver, and Alejandro Che (Torrance, Calif.; Turbo Velo Pickle Juice) rounded out the podium with bronze. Che’s performance also earned him the Stars and Stripes jersey for the U23 category.

In the Men’s Keirin round 1, eighteen riders raced for their spot in the semi-final, where twelve riders would then compete for the top six spots and their chance to win the national title in the final. The Men’s Keirin final closed out the day’s events with Dalton Walters (Richardson, Texas) winning the Stars and Stripes by a margin of 0.300. Wyatt Paul (Seattle, Wash.; Water Line Racing) claimed silver, and Corey Jameson (San Diego, Calif.; Water Line Racing) secured bronze. Louis Bonilla (Long Beach, Calif.; Ironfly) earned the national title for the U23 category.
