
Team USA Continues on Day 2 of the 2025 UCI Paracycling Track World Championships
Day two of the 2025 UCI Paracycling Track World Championships brought another action-packed day for Team USA, featuring the Men’s Sprint, Men’s Kilometer Time Trial, and Women’s Elimination Race.
Ryan Jastrab (Apple Valley, Calif.) wrapped up his week with the MC4 Sprint. In the flying 200m qualifier, he delivered a strong ride, stopping the clock at 11.483 to place sixth and secure a spot in the evening semifinals. In the semifinals, Jastrablined up against the reigning World Champion Jody Cundy (GBR) and Diego German Duenas Gomez (COL) in a tightly contested heat. Jastrab and Cundy battled all the way to the line, with Cundy narrowly edging him out to advance to the final round with Jastrab finishing sixth overall.

Branden Walton (Livermore, Calif.) and pilot Ian Anderson (Fort Collins, Colo.) used the MB Time Trial as preparation for tomorrow’s Pursuit. They had a strong effort riding to a time of 1:05.706 putting them in seventh.

Jenny Schuble (Franklin, Tenn.) took to the track for the WC5 Elimination Race this evening. In the constant fight for position, she earned an eighth-place finish.
