Club Registration

Whether you're new or returning, find your basic club resources here. If you don't find what you need, please don't hesitate to reach out to membership@usacycling.org for assistance.

Clubs are so important to cycling. They turn the curious into full fledged cyclists, and novices into racers. Clubs give riders a reason to get out and pedal more often. They teach the etiquette of riding in a group and important safety techniques. They link generations and bring together people of different backgrounds. There are many reasons to become a USA Cycling Club:

  • Free event director certifications
  • Free first year officials license
  • Access to competitive club insurance
  • CUORE is excited to offer USA Cycling registered clubs 20% off their first order of custom club apparel
  • Club resources and monthly newsletters to club contacts
  • Links to local and national club community
  • Visibility in our Club Finder
  • SafeSport certification and educational resources
  • Results and rankings for members, and more!

If you're a returning club, any club contact can log into their personal account to access their club admin pages. If you'd like to start a new club, you can fill out this form, or contact membership@usacycling.org for assistance. Thank you for giving back to the sport of cycling!

Our club contacts have changed, how to I update this information?

In the club admin page, you can edit, delete or add new club contacts. A USA Cycling license number is the easiest way to do this. Not a license holder? No problem. Create a free account here, and use the ID to associate with your club. We encourage you to have more than one club contact, especially in the case of collegiate clubs, where contacts may frequently change.

What's the difference between a club and a team?

A club is the the group of cyclist registered as an entity under USA Cycling. Generally, a team is a competitive or specialized subset of the club. An example would be a junior development team or a women's team. Certainly, some clubs are also teams if they don't have sub groups.

Who receives the club newsletter?

Anyone listed on the club admin page is a club contact and will receive the club newsletter if their personal email preferences allow. Any club contact may add additional contacts to the club admin page.
