On October 21, 2025, the USA Cycling membership model will include a mandatory base membership and a variety of add-ons that allow individuals to customize their journey based on their role(s) in the cycling ecosystem.

All products are available for auto-renewal and include auto-renewal discounts. To ensure easy access into racing, domestic racing licenses are free for the first year. This discount will automatically be applied to the domestic race license if the member record is not tied to an existing race license or had a race license that expired 3+ years ago.
