Eric Marcotte (Scottsdale, Ariz./Team SmartStop) won his second USA Cycling National Championship in less than year, while Kendall Ryan (Ventura, Calif./Team TIBCO-SVB) won her first every national championship on a one mile criterium course near the heart of downtown Greenville, S.C. Marcotte, now the reigning Pro Road and Pro Crit National Champion will be able to don the Stars-and-Stripes anytime he races on the road, minus an individual or team time trial, a first in the history of USA Cycling's history.
