Quinn started out in mountain biking, but quickly made the switch to a full-time road career after early successes in junior racing, including a win at the 2019 Junior World Championships. After skipping the U23 ranks and jumping head-first into the World Tour, Quinn settled into the Trek Segafredo classics squad. He finds himself best suited for long and punchy one-day races. Some of his career highlights include a GC win at the Tour de Wallonie 2021 and the climber's classification at Tirreno Adriatico 2022. On top of this, he completed his first Grand Tour, La Vuelta a España, with a 3rd place finish on Stage 19. Quinn has his eyes set on bringing home the USA's first elite world championship in years.
