USA Cycling is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Centers of Excellence (COE) Grants, awarded annually to clubs and teams demonstrating a deep commitment to the development of junior and U23 athletes.

More than $400K in grants are available to support athlete development and grassroots programs.

The Hellman Foundation’s long-term investment aims to strengthen and elevate women’s Olympic cycling programs for years to come.

Bidding is open November 5-10 with all proceeds supporting the USA Cycling National Team.
